Passionspiele Oberammergau 2022
They take place every ten years: the "Passionsspiele Oberammergau". The performance in 2020 has been postponed - but it will be that time again in 2022!
To put an end to the plague misery, the Oberammergauers swore in 1633 to perform the suffering of Christ every ten years. The first performance took place the following year - and in 2022 for the 42nd time. From May 14th to October 2nd 2022 in Oberammergau.
